All rights, title, and interest in and to our Services, including software, hardware designs, trademarks, and content provided by Velotis, are and will remain the exclusive property of Velotis Technologies and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velotis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delhi, India.
